"This is not a photo"

Today's class will end half an hour early for two reasons: 1) to enable students to attend the documentation workshop on Chicago style; 2) to allow our classmate Clare to get to her opening on time. She has work in a Gallery 31 exhibition of our New Media Photojournalism program. The show is called "This Is Not a Photo," and in its hybrid presentation deals with many of the same issues about networked textuality.

I encourage all students to attend the opening this evening (6-8).
