Oxford Companion to the Book!

This is a photograph of the print edition of the OCB, not the online edition.
Now available wherever you are, a true companion!

I recommend taking this link and dropping it directly on your browser toolbar. If you have trouble getting into the system, please let me know. Thanks to Mario and Phouy  for quick action on getting the off-site access straightened out.

  OCB

The 51 long essays are embedded in the A-Z under "Essay." Ambitious students can supplement each week's reading with parallel explorations in the OCB. This might be a good way to "discover" the subject and direction of your final presentation/paper. It's also a handy reference for learning in detail about things and events that Nicole Howard just mentions in her short survey. The hyper-links are particularly useful, as are the traditional bibliographies at the end of each entry.

This reference tool will be a great help to you throughout your studies at the Corcoran. Enjoy!
